Ravencoin Asset System - Public, Permissionless, Asset Creation

BBT Carter takes a shot a walking folks through the Ravencoin Asset Layer, basic wallet setup, setting the wallet to mine with CPU for testnet coins and ultimately creating an asset on testnet. Additionally cover's a few notional examples of potential uses of the asset system. Short of creating a direct security, stuff like game assets, functional assets in a game or a programs 'key' assets, the simple functionality out of the initial review of this could simplify adoption of blockchain based asset management.
