Weekly News: Crypto Holiday Rally / Whatsapp Stable Coin / Consensus lays of 50%

Crypto continues its week-long rally with the market cap moving up 38% over the past week. Ethereum moved up 20% today alone. Ironically there wasn't much news announced this week to cause this - we have a potential delay for BAKKT and additional layoffs at Consensys.
